Easy Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • All tags and labels must be intact

  • The item should be in the same condition as received

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in case of:

  • Damaged product

  • Defective item

  • Wrong product delivered

Please raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with proper images/videos for quick resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns if:

  • The product has been used or washed

  • The packaging is missing or damaged

  • The request is made after 7 days

Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method

Important Notes

  • Reverse pickup is available in selected locations

  • In some cases, customers may need to self-ship the product

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
